Products & pricing
All products are thrown and finished at our studio in Athens. Due to the handmade nature of clay, slight variations between pieces may occur — shape, colour, small irregularities in the glaze. This is part of the product's character and is not a defect.
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice; however, the price applicable is the one displayed at order submission.
Orders
You receive a confirmation email when you place an order. The sales contract is concluded when we send the shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
- product unavailability,
- error in the listed price,
- suspicion of fraudulent transaction.
Payment
Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are processed by certified providers (PCI-DSS) — your card details are never stored by us.
Delivery
See full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
Right of withdrawal
Under Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without justification.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Custom-made or personalised pieces (art. 3ε of Law 2251/1994).
- Ceramic pieces that show evidence of use or post-delivery damage.
For more on the return process, see Shipping & Returns.
Warranty
All our products carry a 2-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects (Greek Law 2251/1994, art. 5). Damage from normal use or improper care is not covered — see care instructions.
