Every piece is thrown and finished at our studio in Athens. We typically dispatch within 3—5 working days of receiving the order. During peak periods or larger firings we may take a little longer — we'll let you know.

Outside the EU
We ship to selected countries. Cost is calculated at checkout. Note that customs duties or taxes may apply in the destination country — these are payable by the recipient.
Order tracking
You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships. You can track the parcel directly on the courier's site (ELTA Courier, ACS, Speedex).
Returns
You have the right to return within 14 calendar days of receipt, without justification, under Greek Law 2251/1994.
Important: Because ceramics are fragile, returns are accepted only if the piece is in its original packaging, with all tags and without any sign of use or damage.
Non-returnable
- Custom-made or personalised pieces (art. 3ε Law 2251/1994).
- Pieces that have been used, washed, or show post-delivery damage.
- Final Sale items.
Return process
- Email contact@penesi.studio.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- You'll receive shipping instructions within 1—2 working days.
- Pack the product in its original packaging, with all tags.
- Send it via a courier of your choice. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is defective.
Refunds
After inspecting the product (typically within 3—5 working days of receipt), we refund the amount via the same payment method you used. The credit may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges by post. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired piece. If you need advice on choosing a piece, write to us — the Penesi studio can guide you personally.
